(Note) In case market capitalization exceeds ¥100 billion, no conditions will be imposed on the amount of pre-tax profit (except for cases if the amount of sales for the last 1 year was less than ¥10 billion).
2. Trading
Basically, foreign stocks are traded in the same way as ordinary domestic stock transactions at OSE.
3. Foreign Securities Trading Account
To start trading in foreign stocks, the investor must submit to the securities company an agreement for setting up a foreign securities trading account, and then open an account.
