Parties wishing to acquire Trading Qualifications of OSE must submit an application with attachment (e.g. Description of Company, Annual Report (last 3 years) and other Financial Statement, Company rules regarding business operations etc.), as stipulated by OSE.
It takes about 2 months from submission of applications to acquisition of Trading Qualifications.
Financial Criteria applied to the applicant is below.
(In cases where the Trading Qualification being applied for is Futures, etc. Trading Qualification or Exchange FX Trading Qualification, the applicant must acquire Individual Clearing Qualification of OSE. In such cases, the amount of net asset of applicant shall be no less than 2 billion yen. )
